Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB Formulary for Wound Care Products
| East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen Wound Care Prescribing |

A new wound care formulary has been developed for use in Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board [ICB].

| It was compiled by the Tissue Viability Nurses within the 5 Trusts in the ICB. |
| In East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen GPs will no longer be asked to prescribe for wound care products as arrangements |
| have been put in place for products to be ordered direct from NHS Supplies. |
The exception to this is for Nursing Homes where products will still be issued via FP10s.

| Please note: GPs should not be asked to prescribe for non-nursing care homes or residential homes |
