Immunisation PGDs
| | The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has developed PGDs to facilitate the delivery of publicly funded immunisation in | England in line with national recommendations.
| | | | | | | | Practitioners and organisations must check that they are using the current version of the PGD. | Amendments may become necessary prior to the published expiry date.
| | | | The current versions of organisationally authorised and signed copies are available to download here | | | | Enquiries relating to the availability of organisationally authorised PGDs and subsequent versions of this PGD should be | | directed to: england.nwsit@nhs.net for Lancashire, South Cumbria, Cheshire and Merseyside providers. |
